Keeping up on their fitness as a couple, Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr teamed up for a gym outing in Los Angeles, CA on Saturday afternoon (June 25).

Both clad in workout gear, the “Pirates of the Caribbean” hunk shared a warm embrace with his supermodel wife – who showed off her fit and fine figure while still just five months removed from giving birth to her first child.

On the 6th of January I gave birth to our beautiful little son Flynn. He weighed 9lb 12 ounces (a very healthy and big baby boy). I gave birth to him naturally; without any pain medication and it was a long, arduous and difficult labour, but Orlando was with me the whole time supporting and guiding me through it.  I could not have done it without him.

We are so happy and are enjoying our time together as a family.  He is our little ray of sunshine.

Thank you everyone for your beautiful well wishes and your lovely thoughts and comments. I haven’t had a lot of time to read many comments or to respond, but please know I will when I get a chance.

SHE’S only tiny – and hubby Orlando Bloom is no man mountain either – but supermodel Miranda Kerr has given birth to a big and healthy baby boy.

Kerr’s baby weighed in at a healthy 4.5kg – almost 10 pounds in the old scale – her grandmother Ann Kerr revealed.

The 27-year-old Victoria’s Secret model gave birth at a Los Angeles hospital on Friday with Bloom by her side.

Speaking through a family friend yesterday, her grandmother said Miranda and bub were doing “very well”.

Kerr’s parents Therese and John flew to the US to be with their daughter for the birth and are expected back in Australia this morning.

Kerr was last week spied shopping for boys clothes, sparking rumours the couple knew the baby’s gender despite Kerr and Bloom insisting they wanted a surprise.

The birth came just four days after a fire destroyed Kerr’s grandparents house in her home town of Gunnedah in north-western NSW.
